Insurance:

We are happy to assist in the submission of your insurance claim forms for preauthorization and payment. Please be sure to provide us with all the necessary and current dental insurance information. Please remember that most insurance companies will not cover the entire cost of treatment. To avoid any misunderstanding it is best to learn beforehand exactly what your policy provides. The amount you receive is determined by the type of coverage your employer has secured for you. You are ultimately responsible for any unpaid balance.

X-Rays:

X-rays are necessary for proper diagnosis of your periodontal condition. We will request x-rays from your general dentist prior to your appointment. Additional x-rays may be required. We use digital radiography which dramatically reduces radiation exposure and eliminates hazardous chemical waste. The x-ray images can be easily magnified and copied.

Fees and payments:

We are concerned about the cost of healthcare and we will do our part to keep down the cost of your dental care. To help ensure this we request payment on the day the services are rendered. We are glad to accept your payment by cash, check, VISA or MasterCard. We also offer financing.
